AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF), owner and operator of Out of the Closet Thrift Stores, realizes that our most important resources are our staff. It is AHF policy and practice to verify educational credentials and previous work experience on all applicants for employment. A preliminary reference check will be conducted by the Department of Human Resources prior to the extension of a job offer. Employment is conditioned on successful completion of a comprehensive reference check within our initial 90-day probationary period.

Employment with AHF is voluntarily entered into and is at-will. The employee is free to resign at any time, with or without cause. Similarly, AHF may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without notice or cause.
